Charlie Gaylord has extensive experience in strategic planning and executive management in the software industry. He has been a member of many public and private Boards of Directors and is an advisor to two venture capital funds. Mr. Gaylord served as Executive Vice President of Intuit and Chairman for Chipsoft. Preceding his tenure at Intuit and Chipsoft, he was President of Transworld Oil America and a member of the Board of Directors of Moorco International. Dr. Jeffrey Nash is the President of Inclined Plane Inc., a consulting and media development firm serving the defense, remote sensing, communications, aviation, and commercial computer industries. Previously he served as CEO of Digital Perceptions Inc., TransTech Information Management Systems Inc., VISQUS Corporation and Conner Technology Inc. Additionally; he serves on the Board of Directors for several companies including Binary Labs, Pepperball Technologies Inc., REMEC Inc. and ViaSat Inc. An aerospace, electronics and software entrepreneur, he holds BS, MS and Ph.D. degrees in engineering from UCLA. Allan Edwin is founder and managing director of Edwin & Associates, a strategic planning and management consulting company. He has been an interim CEO or COO for many client companies including: National Medical Computer Services, Sciteq Electronics, ACT Access, RD Instruments, and MedSmart, Inc. Allan is a successful entrepreneur and was Founder and CEO of Interactive Systems, Inc., which he sold to 3M. Allan was also General Manager of several business units within 3M including a new business unit he formed, staffed and managed for General Electric Co.'s Medical Systems Group. David Gollaher is founder, President and CEO of the California Healthcare Institute, a statewide policy research and advocacy institute representing leading biotechnology and medical device companies. He was Vice President at Scripps Clinic in charge of marketing, planning, and business development, and Vice President at McCann Erikson, where he was responsible for accounts such as Northrop, WD-40, and Mattel, including branding the Mattel IntelliVision product line. David was a member of Young & Rubicam New York's CONCEPTS new product group whose clients included Merrill Lynch and General Electric. David holds a B.A. from University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master's and Ph.D. from Harvard University. He attended Harvard Business School and has held faculty appointments at Harvard University, University of Colorado and University of California, San Diego. |
